NEET PG 2026 was conducted on 30 August 2026 as scheduled. The exam was held in a single shift (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) across centres nationwide. NBEMS is expected to declare the result by 30 September 2026 at natboard.edu.in. Candidates can watch for the official result link there.

The NBEMS (National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences) released the NEET PG 2026 admit card on 25 August at natboard.edu.in. The exam is on 30 August 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, in a single shift. If you are appearing for NEET PG 2026, download your hall ticket now — exam centres do not admit candidates who arrive without it.

How to Download NEET PG 2026 Admit Card from natboard.edu.in

  1. Open natboard.edu.in and click the NEET PG 2026 Admit Card link on the homepage.
  2. Log in using your registered User ID and password.
  3. Your hall ticket opens on screen. Download it and print at least two copies — one to submit at the gate, one to keep.
  4. Verify that your name, photograph, date of birth, and exam centre are correct. Any discrepancy should be reported to NBEMS at pg-neetpg@natboard.edu.in immediately.

NEET PG 2026 Revised Exam Pattern: 180 Questions in Five Timed Sections

NBEMS cut the question count from 200 to 180 for 2026. The paper is divided into five timed groups (A to E), each with 36 questions and a 42-minute locked window. Once the timer for a group closes, you cannot return to it — and you cannot skip ahead either. Manage your time strictly within each section.

Exam Day Checklist for 30 August 2026

  • Printed admit card — mandatory; no entry without it.
  • Original photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence (the same one you uploaded during registration).
  • Two passport-size photographs that match the one on your admit card.
  • Arrive at least 60 minutes early — reporting begins at 7:30 AM; late candidates are not admitted.
  • No electronic devices, smartwatches, calculators, or handwritten notes inside the centre.

After NEET PG 2026: Result and MD/MS Counselling

NBEMS will declare the NEET PG 2026 result by 30 September 2026 on natboard.edu.in. Candidates who clear the cutoff will be eligible for MD, MS, and Diploma admissions through central and state-level counselling.
