PrincipalSaab.com is an independent, free student-guidance platform for CBSE and ICSE students and their parents across India. We publish chapter notes, sample papers, practice tests, exam updates and career guidance — in English and Hindi — written the way a good teacher explains things in person: clearly, honestly, and with the exam in mind.
Why “Principal Saab”?
Every school has that one person students trust for straight answers — the principal, the mentor, the teacher who genuinely wants you to succeed. Not every student is lucky enough to have one, and not every family can afford coaching classes and private tutors. We built Principal Saab to be that mentor for every student with an internet connection: right guidance today, for a bright future tomorrow. Everything on this site is free — no login, no paywall, no “premium” version. A student in a small town with a shared phone gets the same quality material as anyone else. That is the whole point.
Who We Are — Team Principal Saab
Principal Saab is run by a husband-wife team of an engineer and an educator:
Gurpreet Singh Chawla — Co-founder & Engineer
Gurpreet is an engineer by training. He leads the systems side of Principal Saab: the practice-test engine, the calculators, and the verification pipeline that is our proudest rule — every mathematical solution, every science numerical and every line of code on this site is computed and executed before it is published. If our notes say the answer is 144, it is because the calculation was actually run, not copied from somewhere.
Megha Chadha — Co-founder & Educator
Megha holds an M.Ed. (Literature) and has taught school students for years, both in person and online — including running Divine Classes, an online tutoring initiative where she taught mathematics to school students over live webcam classes. She leads the teaching voice of Principal Saab: how a concept is explained, which mistakes students actually make, and what a Class 10 student sitting alone with a textbook at 11 PM really needs to hear. The teacher illustration in our logo? That’s her seat at the table.
How We Work
Our process is simple and strict: exam updates come only from official sources (CBSE, CISCE, NTA, state boards) and are linked in the article; chapter content follows the current 2026-27 syllabus; every worked example is verified before publishing; and Hindi content is written natively by re-teaching the topic — never machine-translated. The full detail is on our Editorial Standards page.
Talk to Us
Students and parents write to us every week — doubts, corrections, requests for chapters. We read all of it. Ask a question on our Ask a Doubt page, reach us via the contact page, or find us on Facebook. If you spot an error anywhere on this site, please tell us — we fix fast and thank you for it.
